People ask me what success looks like at 52.
Not the Forbes version. The real one.
Well… for me..
✅ It looks like number 5
– Watching my daughter Leyla perform and not touching my phone once.
✅ It looks like number 4
– A body that still works. Hard.
– Because I paid the 4% every single day.
✅ It looks like number 9
– Living in Andorra because we chose it.
– Not because the job said so.
✅ It looks like number 12
– A conversation where she tells me something real.
– Because I showed up long enough to earn it.
None of this showed up in my bank account.
All of it showed up in my life.
I spent the first part of my business career chasing numbers that didn’t make this list.
2009 was the wake-up call.
The business was booming.
Everything else was bleeding out.
One decision changed all of it:
The business serves the lifestyle, not the other way around.
Thirteen years later, this is the scoreboard I check.
These luxuries aren’t expensive.
They’re just inconvenient to earn.
