They’re the bottleneck.
The key man.
The one the whole thing depends on.
They call it drive.
I call it a trap.
In Special Forces, if the mission only works when you’re there, the mission has a single point of failure.
That’s not a strategy.
That’s a liability.
The goal was never to build the biggest business.
The goal was to build one that runs without holding you hostage.
Tuesday afternoons are not a reward for hard work.
They’re the proof that your work is actually working.
