25 Years ago, as a young Special Forces operator, I hated “Low ops”, the quieter periods. Veterans knew better.

After 20+ years as an entrepreneur, I’ve learned:
Success has seasons.

Like light, you operate in two modes:

Broad Light (Contemplation):
• Wide perspective
• Open to possibilities
• Strategic thinking
• Creative flow

Spotlight (Execution):
• Intense focus
• Specific targets
• Tactical moves
• Direct action, Now or Never

The problem is most entrepreneurs fight these cycles.

They try to:
• Sprint through planning
• Force through fatigue
• Push through patience

Nature doesn’t work that way.
Neither does success.

Like Warren Buffett (famous investor) once said:
“You can’t produce a baby in one month by getting nine women pregnant. Some things just take time.”

Think about it:
• Trees don’t fruit year-round (don´t let the supermarket fool you 😆 )
• Fields need recovery periods
• Tides must ebb to flow

“But what about momentum?”
Momentum without rhythm is only leading to burnout.

Your current season:
• Is it time to reflect?
• Time to plan?
• Time to execute?
• Time to harvest?

When to pivot? No always easy.

Listen to your body: It knows best.

What season are you in?
