There is one book I keep re-reading.It helped me become a Special Forces Operator.

It’s “Psycho-Cybernetics” by Maxwell Maltz, and it reveals how our brain works like a target-seeking missile.

Maltz called it our “servo-mechanism” – an automatic goal-striving device in our brain that:
• Works 24/7
• Finds paths you never consciously considered
• Operates below our conscious awareness

However: It doesn’t know the difference between ‘good’ and ‘bad’ targets.

So this is the crucial part: It needs very clear coordinates.

When I set my target on becoming a Special Forces operator, this mechanism kicked in.
Every decision, every action, even my subconscious began aligning toward that goal.

The target was non-negotiable. The path emerged.

But here’s what I see in the high-achieving clients I coach:

Their servo-mechanism is locked on “just make more money” – a vague, ever-moving target that creates an unfulfilled life.

What about:
• Building rock solid Mental and Physical Health
• Being a role model your kids can look up to
• Creating an Epic Life full of adventure worth telling stories about

Your internal guidance system is too powerful to waste on shallow targets, like ´just making more money´.

The mechanism works perfectly. Always has. Always will.

The quality of your life depends on the quality of your targets.

What coordinates are you feeding your internal GPS system?

Are they in line with your core-values?
