The first step in reevaluating your goals (and setting new ones).
First, ask yourself this: 👇

“Who set my limits?”

Look at your current benchmarks:
• Income you’re satisfied with
• Fitness level you accept
• Time you spend with family
• Adventures you allow yourself
• Impact you believe possible

Now here’s the get-out-of-jail-for-free question:
Who authorized these settings?

It´s YOU.

You’re living within boundaries YOU randomly set.
Often years ago.
Usually by accident.
And sometimes out of fear.

Think about it:
One day you just decided:
• “This much success is enough”
• “This level of fitness is fine”
• “This much family time will do”
• “This many adventures per year is plenty”

But here’s the game-changing realization:
YOU SET THE BAR.
YOU CAN MOVE IT.
NO OUTSIDE PERMISSION NEEDED.

Use this recalibration protocol every 3 months:
➡️ Audit Your Current Settings
– What’s your health standard?
– What’s your relationship minimum?
– What’s your adventure quota?

➡️ Question Your Limits
– Why this number?
– Why this level?
– Why this frequency?

➡️ Raise The Freaking Bar
– From “ok” to “exceptional”
– From “quality time” to “epic memories”
– From “contributing” to “transforming”

Because I hate to break it to you, but:
Your current ceiling is someone else’s floor.
Your workouts are someone else’s warm-up. ( 😂 just had to put it in here)

Your limits aren’t laws.
They’re merely suggestions.
The funny part: They are written by your past self.

Starting today:
• Train harder
• Love deeper
• Dream bigger
• Live bolder
• Impact stronger

Because the bar?
It’s not fixed.
It never was.

Raise the Bar.
