They’re not just extremely fit.
They:
✅ Excel under stress
✅ Are Situational Aware
✅ Work well in Teams
✅ Are highly disciplined
✅ Are professionals in their specialisation
And if I’m being honest, when I work with people in my businesses now,
I have a whole list of things that matter more than the actual task I hired them for.
Because ´showing up and doing the expected thing´ is great, but it´s not enough.
