POV: You´re the daughter of an SF Veteran. You ask your dad for help setting up your new venture.
He hits you with: The NATO 5-paragraph order’s True Magic.

It’s the “Big E” – Execution.
Where the rubber meets the road.
Where plans meet reality.
Where warriors become winners.

Here’s what 5 years of Special Forces experience and 20 years building 7 and 8-figure businesses taught me:

Strategy without execution is just very expensive dreaming.

• 100 “good ideas” = 0 Euro, no impact
• 1 executed idea = potential millions

I’ve seen more businesses fail from paralysis than from poor planning.
They’re still “perfecting the strategy”
While others are collecting market feedback.

Combat-tested execution principles that built my businesses:
The 70% Solution:
• If your plan is 70% ready
• Your team is 70% prepared
• Your intel is 70% complete

— EXECUTE —

Perfect plans don’t survive first contact anyway. 😃

After that: The “After Action Review” Mindset:
• Ship it, send it, publish it….
• Measure it
• Learn from it
• Improve it
• Repeat

In combat and business:
• Planning is important, but
• Execution is absolutely everything
• Speed is your weapon
• Momentum is King – ask any entrepreneur

I tell my daughter (starting her own business now):
1 Metric:
Task Completion.

I say again: Task Completion.

As my friend Ray Klaassens says in his newly released book,
“You are what you DO”. (Not what you plan)

“You´re welcome, honey. If I can help you some more, let me know….” 😃

Question: What advice would you give my daughter Leyla?
Let me know in the comments and I´ll share them with her.
