On most operations, our SF unit carried both a sniper rifle and a shotgun.

On most operations, our SF unit carried both a sniper rifle and a shotgun.
Do the same in business and life.

Sniper rifle:
• Precise
• Maximum impact
• Single target

Shotgun:
• Wide spread
• Multiple targets
• Quick response

Business and Life need both mindsets:
Spotlight and Floodlight.
Tactical and Strategic.
Your Eagle Eye and your Bird’s Eye View.

Know when to switch your weapon system:

Business:
Shotgun: Scan for market opportunities.
Sniper: Laser focus on finishing the identified 8020 tasks
Back to Shotgun-mode. Re-assess.

Life:
Shotgun: Identify your real priorities
Sniper: eliminate all distractions and hone in on your target
Back to Shotgun-mode. Re-assess.

Scan, breathe.

You know these people:
Stuck in Sniper mode: no overview, team feeling lost, missed opportunities.
Stuck in Shotgun mode: nothing gets done, scattered focus, little impact.

Your edge isn’t the weapon.
It’s the wisdom to switch.
