Most Entrepreneurs and CEOs are exhausted. I used to be one. Do you struggle as well? This I learned. 👇

Exhausted entrepreneurs and CEOs all have one thing in common:
working IN their business instead of ON it.

Let me break this down how I solved this myself (referring to the 5 Freedoms we spoke about earlier).

Buying back your Time by delegation:
What I do everyday to keep my energy up and mental sanity untouchable.

Financial Freedom Turbocharged

Think about this – your time is roughly worth your annual income divided by 2000 hours. Mind-blowing, right? Most people never do this math.
Once you know your real hourly rate (let’s say it’s 150/hour), you′ll look at that 3−hour admin task differently, right?

Suddenly, paying someone 30/hour to handle it isn’t an expense – it’s an investment that frees up 390 Euro worth of your time.
This is how you scale your income without scaling your hours.

Time Freedom (This is where it gets juicy)

It’s not just about delegating – it’s about strategically removing yourself from tasks that drain you.

You audit your time (essential step), hand off the energy-sucking tasks to people who actually enjoy them (they exist!), and focus on high-impact work that lights you up.
It’s like constantly upgrading your role in your own company.

Mental Freedom

It’s not just about saving time, it’s about saving mental energy.

When you’re not bouncing between Admin, Delivery, Marketing, and Sales all day, your brain can actually focus on Strategic Thinking.

You’re not just buying back hours; you’re buying back your creative capacity and decision-making power.

Physical Freedom

Less stress, more energy – that’s what happens when you’re not trying to be everywhere at once.
Your body will thank you when you’re not pulling those 12-hour days trying to do it all yourself.

Social Freedom

This is the hidden gem – when you’re not drowning in low-value tasks, you actually have the energy to invest in relationships.

The Game-Changing Shift:

Instead of hiring to grow your business (which often just creates more complexity), you hire to buy back your time and energy.

Each hire should either:
– Free you up for higher-value activities
– Take over tasks someone else can do better
– Give you your energy back

Here’s what makes this so powerful – it’s a continuous loop.

Bottom line?
The Buyback Time Principle isn’t just about time management – it’s about energy optimization.

When you combine this with our 5 Freedoms framework, you’re not just building wealth, you’re building a sustainable, enjoyable business that serves your life instead of consuming it.

What task will you hire for first?

P.S. Always inspired by the book ´Buy Back Your Time´ by Dan Martell
