In combat: Trigger discipline saves lives.

In combat: Trigger discipline saves lives.
The best operators?
They’re not the ones who shoot most.
They’re the ones who know when NOT to shoot.

Today, I see successful entrepreneurs:
Same problem, different battlefield.

They’re engaging everything:
• Every notification
• Every email
• Every meeting
• Every “urgent” request

Special Forces taught me:
Every action you take depletes your resources. Be sure to make it count.

Business translation:
Every “yes” costs energy.
Every distraction steals focus.
Every notification breaks flow.

Want elite performance?

Start eliminating:
Digital Threats:
• Delete social apps
• Remove email from phone
• Turn off ALL notifications
• No phone in bedroom (when I do deep work, my phone is in another room)
• No screens before sleep

Time Ambushes:
• No meetings before 11am
• No “quick coffee chats”
• No “pick your brain” sessions
• No agenda/No clear desired outcome = No meeting

Focus Killers:
• Single task, always
• 90-minute deep work blocks
• Door closed = Do not disturb
• Email twice daily only

Energy Vampires:
• No news before noon (I stopped following news altogether 20 years ago)
• No toxic relationships (you know who)
• No pointless debates
• No drama engagement

Your most powerful weapon?
The word “No.”
It´s a full sentence, by the way.
No explanation needed.

Your best strategy?
Elimination before optimization.

Elite performance isn’t about doing more things right.
It’s about doing fewer things wrong.

Start eliminating.
Start winning.
