My ego told me that no one could match my standards.
That perfectionism was almost destroying me.
I worked an incredible amount.
And was getting grumpier by the week.
Then came the breakthrough.
When I finally let go and trusted others, something magical happened – they didn’t just meet my standards.
They exceeded them.
Why? Simple.
While I was drowning in a hundred different tasks, they could pour their full talent and energy into mastering just one.
This changed everything:
The more I focused on my true strengths and passions:
• My joy returned
• My income skyrocketed
• My impact multiplied
Leveraging others wasn’t just about growth – it saved my sanity 😉
Over the years, I’ve learned (through trial and error) to harness all four forms of leverage
(as brilliantly outlined by Naval Ravikant):
1. Labor/People Leverage (The Classic)
• Directing others’ time and talent
• Requires trust and leadership
• Limited by management capacity
• Complex (and sometimes messy) but powerful
2. Capital Leverage (The Multiplier)
• Money working for you
• Needs access to capital, a huge barrier for most
• More scalable than labor
• Think: Smart investments (i.e., real estate)
The Internet Revolution brought us:
3. Code/Technology Leverage (The Automator)
• Systems that work while you sleep (i.e., e-commerce)
• Fewer permissions needed
• Infinitely scalable
4. Media/Content Leverage (The Broadcaster)
• Your message working 24/7
• Anyone can start
• Unlimited reach potential
• Content that compounds (like writing on Linkedin ;-))
The game-changer?
• Digital leverage is permission-free
• Zero cost to replicate (build once, sell many times)
• Maximum impact when combined
This mastery of leverage has given me:
• Freedom to explore the world with my family
• Time to prioritize my wellbeing
• Focus on pursuing my purpose
A life of ´Total Wealth´.
True wealth isn’t just about money – it’s about living life on your terms.
And yes, this path is open to you too.
