I’m not naturally focused. I am actually easily distracted.
So I cheat ´staying focused´ (3 tools):
– Freedom app: Blocking distractions on all devices at once.
– Pomodor Timer: Let´s you set the intention of Deep Work
– Noise-cancelling headphone: Shuts out surrounding noise and lets my family (and me) know I am not to be disturbed
It’s 2025.
