How?
– Do a time audit. Track every 15 minutes of your day for 2 weeks and identify time wasters and energy suckers.
– Eliminate these ruthlessly.
I work 4 hours per day on 3 businesses I own and operate.
40s, 50s and 60s (and on): Stay fit and healthy 💪
When you are 50, your health will be the first limiting factor for experiencing epic adventures and making memories with your loved ones.
How to stay fit? Do what I do
– 4% rule. Work out 4% of your day (1 hour) minimum, every day
Lift heavy weights, do interval training
(Assault Airbike and Concept 2 Rower are my worst best-friends)
– Live an active lifestyle: walk, hike, take the stairs
I told my daughter when she was young:
“The escalator and elevator are for disabled people”
We still refuse to take them. 😄
I do weighted pulls ups with 35 kilos and run 25km+ mountain obstacle races.
