I am 50. 20 Things I wish I would have known at 40.

Life Wisdom:
1. There’s (always) a storm coming – but you’re stronger than you think
2. Too much cash makes you complacent (and sometimes foolish)
3. Always play the long game – short-term thinking is a trap
4. You get exactly what you tolerate in life

Personal Growth:
5. Self-learning is your ultimate superpower
6. Daily meditation isn’t optional – it’s mental maintenance, like showering is for the body
7. Master the art of saying ‘No’ – When somebody throws a ball at you, you don’t need to catch it
8. Your time is finite – do epic stuff now

Relationships:
9. Trust your kid’s journey completely – She´ll be OK
10. Treat yourself with the kindness you show others
11. Surround yourself only with people who energize you – Unsubscribe to the Energy Vampires in your life

Success Principles:
12. Consistency alone beats talent and luck
13. Without a 10-year vision, you’re just drifting
14. Protect your health – it’s your greatest asset
15. Time is the only currency you can’t earn back – spend it wisely

Action Items:
16. Stop waiting for permission – build it now
17. Never stop mastering your craft
18. Use money as your servant, not your master
19. Read more – your future self will thank you
20. Practice radical gratitude – always

The Game-Changer:
21. Get a coach now (I wish I’d done this sooner)

Remember: Your 40s are perfect for building momentum.

Your 50s are perfect for leveraging it.
