For 5 years, my identity was simple: Special Operations Forces Operator.I never really thought about the possible downside of this drive.

For 5 years, my identity was simple: Special Operations Forces Operator.
I never really thought about the possible downside of this drive.

Every morning, every decision, every breath was about the mission.

My workouts, my meals, my relationships – everything filtered through that singular lens.

Excellence wasn’t a goal; it was the standard.

Sound familiar, high achievers? 😂

What I learned the hard way, working 27-hour days, starting my own company:

When you fuse completely with your 1 role, you’re not actually performing at your peak.

You’re just burning yourself out.

In my case:
15 Kilos overweight, grumpy cloud at work, no time for my newly born daughter, and numbing stress with alcohol.
Not a pretty picture.

I made a decision.
My business would support my life, not the other way around.

I had to work smarter and spend more time on other priorities.

The result?
– Fitter than ever at age 51
– Happy and healthy
– Traveling the world and making memories with my family for the last 13 years
……and still enough money

Today, as I coach executives and entrepreneurs, I see that same intensity, that same all-consuming dedication to work I once had.

The uniforms are different, but the pattern is identical.

Your peak performance doesn’t come from losing yourself in your 1 role.

You are more than your title.

Become multi-dimensional.
