Without action, nothing happens, right?
Wrong. A lot happens.
Because the World is ever-changing.
So: not doing something is also an action.
But it might not be the change you want.
If you are out of shape and you keep up the same lifestyle:
Do you think your health will improve, stay the same…..or deteriorate?
Everything not growing…… is dying.
It’s a Universal Law.
So how do you bend the outcome to your desires?
You take action towards your goals.
But sometimes that is hard. I get that.
We know what to do…., but just don’t do it.
We hesitate.
We procrastinate.
This simple, 2 step- mental framework will help:
1. What is your Big Why?
Once you are clear on your real priorities, identify the Big Why.
Ask yourself 5 times: ‘But….why?’
Example:
“I want more money” →
“For a bigger house” →
“For family comfort” →
“To give my daughter better opportunities” →
“To show her my love” →
“To be loved and remembered”
Now that’s a ‘Why’ that moves mountains.
2. What are the costs of in-action?
This one is huge. We often neglect the ‘Opportunity costs’.
• The income not made and thus not accumulating over time.
• Your health deteriorating day by day
• Relationships not nurtured turn into lifetime regrets
Consider the price you are paying by not taking action.

Every moment of inaction is actually an action.
An action against your dreams.
Against your potential.
Against your legacy.
The time is Now.
