Being a present, supporting husband: Hard
Being someone your kids genuinely look up to: Hard
But you know what’s also hard?
• Carrying 15 extra kilos everywhere you go
• Fighting brain fog and low energy every morning
• Watching your family drift away while chasing another promotion
• Having only “work stories” to share at dinner
• Living with the terrible feeling you’re not living true to your purpose
• Explaining to your kids why you missed another game
It’s ALL hard.
Life doesn’t get easier.

• Hard is waking up at 5AM to work out (I know)
• Harder is feeling exhausted all day, every day
• Hard is saying “no” to that extra project
• Harder is saying “I’m sorry” to your kids. Again.
• Hard is reinventing yourself, becoming multi-dimensional
• Harder is staying in a life that’s killing your soul, day by day
The question is “Which hard serves my true priorities?”
Because one type of hard builds you up.
The other breaks you down.
One type moves you forward.
The other keeps you stuck.
The point I´m trying to make:
One type fills you with pride.
The other with regret.
You’re going to face “hard” either way. You know this.
