How to: Prison Jacked at 51 (without doing time 😂)
During my time with the Korps Commandotroepen (Dutch Special Forces), we trained at Olympic levels.
Yet surprisingly, nutrition was never a focus.

Elite warriors, performing at peak levels, eating standard army cafeteria food.

It´s like racing a Ferrari on Diesel: it doesn´t make a whole lot of sense.

The Real Cost of Poor Nutrition:
At 25, your body forgives almost anything:
• Poor diet choices
• Missed sleep
• Excessive alcohol
• Ignored stress signals
But biology doesn’t negotiate. Crap in = Crap out.

As you hit 30, 40, and beyond:
• Metabolism slows
• Recovery time increases
• Natural testosterone decreases
• Energy levels fluctuate
• Performance suffers

Here’s what changed my game:
My Daily Performance Stack: (developed over years of research and self-experimentation)
