The costs of winning battles is often forgotten, but:

Ever heard of King Pyrrhus?
He won an epic battle against Rome in 279 BC.
Then said: “Another such victory… and we shall be utterly ruined.”
He won the battle.

Lost 15,000 of his best men.

And ultimately, lost the war.

It reminds me of the early days of my entrepreneurial adventure.
And what I see from high achievers I help:

Constant business wins. Yeah!

The costs?
– Poor mental and physical health
– All relationships ´on hold´ (not being the dad I wanted to be)
– All work….no fun
– Feeling ´Is this all there is? Really?´

In 2012 I turned it around.
Now I am in peak shape and have travelled the world with my family for over a decade (and counting)….all while making serious money.

Not to flex or brag: Just to show you it IS possible. For you as well.

Here’s what I learned from both SF and business:

The most dangerous victories are the ones that cost more than they’re worth.

But unlike combat, in life:
– There are no medals for burnout
– No purple hearts for broken relationships
– No victory parades for wealthy but empty lives

Sorry….

The good news?

You can change your definition of victory. Of success.

Today, I measure success differently:
– Not by bank accounts, but by breakfast and workouts with my daughter
– Not by ROI, but by hours of deep sleep
– Not by market share, but by shared moments

Because true victory?

It’s not about the battles you’re winning today.
It’s about the life you’re building for tomorrow.

You’ve got this. 💪

PS.: About the pic: In Special Ops we never went into an operation without first assessing the collateral damage. We should do the same in civilian life. (Afghanistan 20XX)
