As a Special Forces officer, every mission followed the same format. Now, I apply these same principles to succeed in life… 👇

– Intell
– Planning
– Execution
– After Action Review

Yet I watch high performers do the exact opposite in life:
• Racing from deal to deal, charging toward burnout
• Sprinting through relationships
• No plan. No pause. No situational awareness.

In Special Forces, this approach gets people killed.
In business and life, it slowly kills everything that truly matters to you.

Before any mission, we use the NATO 5-paragraph order.
It applies to your business- and personal life as well:

SITUATION:
– Where are you now? Truly?
– Your strengths, your weaknesses.
– Your allies, your enemies.
No sugar-coating. Just ground truth. Situational Awareness.
Not just professionally – but in health, relationships, purpose.

MISSION:
– Your clear, defining purpose.
– What’s your desired end state in all areas of your life?
– What creates lasting fulfillment?

EXECUTION:
– Strategy before tactics.
– Key milestones.
– Contingency plans. (Because no plan survives first contact)

SERVICE SUPPORT:
– Your resources.
– Your network.
– Your energy management and health systems.
Because warriors without supply lines don’t last.

COMMAND & SIGNAL:
– Your leadership style.
– Your decision-making framework.
– Your impact assessment – because every decision has ripple effects.
On your family. Your team. Your community.
Like in combat, collateral damage in life is hard to undo.

The most successful people I coach aren’t necessarily the ones working hardest.

They’re the ones who took time to get CLARITY first.

Want to get more clarity on your personal battlefield and start living a truly wealthy life?
