When you hear the word “Legacy,” what comes to mind?
For most people, it’s money. A paid-off house. Maybe your name on a plaque somewhere.
There’s nothing wrong with any of that.
But I think Legacy gets defined way too narrow.
Here’s a memory..
My daughter Leyla was 8. We were in New Zealand, standing in a plane, about to jump out of it together.
Fast forward to today. Whenever skydiving comes up in conversation, anywhere, with anyone, she lights up. She’s got a story to tell.
And in that story, her dad is right there with her.
That’s the thing nobody tells you about Legacy.
It’s not a thing you leave.
It’s a thing you build into someone, while you’re both still here to enjoy it.
We’ve free dived in Bali together. So now, every time she’s underwater for the rest of her life, those first moments will have me in them.
We’ve stood on top of mountains together. Kilimanjaro. Mont Blanc.
Add in the supercars, the travel, the conferences, over 1,000 workouts together in the last three years, and you start to see the pattern.
I’m not leaving Leyla a legacy.
I’m living inside one, with her, right now.
📌 What story are you building with your kids right now?

PS. One day your kids won’t remember your income.
They’ll remember how life felt with you.
