Your family deserves more than what’s left of you.
They deserve the best of you.
For most of my 30s, I was giving everything to the business and coming home with whatever was left.
Which wasn’t much.
Entrepreneurship trains you to push past limits.
But no one tells you that the people waiting at home
shouldn’t be on the receiving end of that.
It took hitting a real low point to finally understand what “showing up” actually means.
Not just physically present.
Fully there.
That shift didn’t happen overnight.
But it started with one decision:
I stopped treating recovery as a reward for finishing work. I made it non-negotiable.
– Morning training
– No alcohol
– Real sleep
The version of me my family gets now
is the best version I’ve ever been
At 52, I’m in better shape physically, mentally, and emotionally than I was before.
That’s not a flex.
That’s a choice.
Your family doesn’t need a perfect version of you.
They need a present one.
📌 Are you giving your family your best or just what’s left?
