Open a blank calendar.
Lifestyle first:
Drop in your workouts, your family time, your deep work blocks โ before anything else touches it.
If a client wants that slot, you have “a prior commitment.”
You don’t owe them to tell itยดs ยดdeadliftingยด. ๐ช

Gas in the car. Groceries ordered. Clean shirt for Wednesday. Nanny for date night.
Solve the small problems on Sunday when they cost you five minutes โ not on Tuesday when they cost you your entire focus.
By 5:30 PM, the anxiety is gone.
Not because the week got easier. Because I stopped being a passenger in it.
The Sunday Summit is exactly that โ 30 minutes to dictate the terms of your week before the world dictates them for you.
Amateurs hope for a good week.
Professionals plan for one.
Fail to plan, plan to fail.
