I spent four years thinking, ‘If I want it done right, I’ve got to do it myself.’ Silly me. 😆 Then I decided to become a real business owner.
Not the Customer Support/Admin/IT/Backoffice/etcetcetc-guy

Only to realize that I was actually the bottleneck for company growth (and my own mental sanity).

Let me save you the next four years.

Peacefully growing business owners:
– They’re not better than you.
– They’re not more skilled than you.
– They’re not more experienced than you.

The only real difference? They:
• Grow teams
• Empower them
• Get the h*ll out of the way

The truth:
• Some employees are incredible.
• Some are mediocre at best.
• Some are just winging it.

But here’s what matters:
– You don’t need every task done perfectly. 80% done by somebody else is awesome.
– You can think, ‘Somebody else should be doing this: Who is it?’ Think Who, not How.
– You don’t need to do everything yourself.

You are the owner. You made this machine.

Did you make it to serve you?
Or be your master?

Stop waiting for someone to tell you you’re the bottleneck.

Remove yourself from the equation.

Kill the king and watch your company and mental health soar.
