I hate rules.
But these are the 8 Rules I live by:
– Meditate
– No alcohol
– Don´t eat crap
– Support my family
– Work out every day
– Be an ´Energy Giver´
– Sleep at least 8 hours
– 4 hours Deep Work per day
Sounds ´boring´, right?
But ´boring´ can be good.
It supports my goals:
– Become very old and still stay fit (mentally and physically)
– Spend time doing stuff I enjoy with people I love
– Never have to worry about money
