In the early 2000s, in Special Ops, I learned: Shouting “Reloading!” saves lives. But now I realize it also helps you survive and thrive in business (and life).

It´s not weakness, but tactical communication.
Your team adjusts. Covers for you.

This is what I see too often:

𝗜𝗻 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀:
We stay silent.
Drain our magazines dry.
Fight alone until we collapse.

𝗜𝗻 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲:
We hide it even more.
“I’m fine”
“Just tired”
“It’ll pass”

Listen up:

→ Burnout isn’t Brave
→ Isolation isn’t Strength
→ Silence isn’t Survival

– Your team can’t support a position they don’t know needs covering.
– Your network can’t help with a problem they don’t know exists.
– Your family can’t lift you up if they don’t know you’re down.

So when you’re:
• Overwhelmed and stuck
• Running on empty
• Losing direction

CALL IT OUT.

“I’m reloading!”
“I need backup!”
“I’m out of ammo!”

Because life isn’t a Single Player Game.
Never was.
Never will be.

Don´t buy into the ´100% Selfmade Man´ BS.

The strongest warriors aren’t those who never run out of ammo.

They’re the ones who know how to call for “Reload”.

Communicate.

Flip side to that coin:

Check on your team mates.
Maybe they need your back up.
And ´forgot´ to ask for it.
Buddy check.
United we Conquer. 💪
